I played rec softball in my hometown of Braintree MA in my mid 20’s to early 30’s, took about 15 years off and then started playing rec ball again in my mid/late 40’s in Hampton NH.
At the age of 50 I decided I want to push myself and play competitive softball with people my age. I played in my very first sanctioned softball tournament at the age of 50 (CT Masters Games) and fell in love with the Senior Softball game. I jumped on with Elmwood Sport Center (RI) and met some of my best softball friends. I played with Mark Thomas Law/Brian Patten Assoc (PA) for the last 2 years and have had the opportunity to play along, and against, some of the best players in the game as well as meet many new friends along the way. This year I look forward to playing with some great ball players on Team USA 55’s
